UAA website gets an update!

After a robust design process encompassing Information Technology, University Advancement, the Web Advisory Committee and many others, the University of Alaska Anchorage campus website has been updated to reflect a new modern design! 

The new design went live earlier this week. 

What's changing:

• Complete new modern design to the Anchorage homepage (including sub pages) to put student needs first.
• Expanded primary menu navigation that includes more student needs while still showcasing items important to other audiences.
• Website is more mobile friendly, faster to load and optimized for modern search engines.
• Quick Links menu and primary navigation moving to slightly different locations.

What's not changing:

• Content design and layout on pages other than the homepage (these will continue to be improved over time to take advantage of the new design elements).
• Links for all pages will stay the same.
