Introducing the UAOnline Employee Dashboard
June 21, 2024
One of the first new features coming to UAOnline starting June 24 is the Employee Dashboard.
With this upgrade, employees will be able to see many employment details directly on the dashboard without needing to navigate through a series of menus.
What are the details? The new employee dashboard includes:
- A profile picture uploaded from your university ID card, and a direct link to the Personal Information page [LINK to article] where you can update personal information including address, phone, email, and emergency contacts.
- A display of current Time Off balances available to the employee by category, and a link to see full leave balance information such as accrual rate and usage.
- Pay information including current and prior pay stubs, direct deposit information [LINK to DD story] and your deductions history.
- Earnings year-to-date, by date range and by position.
- Current summary of benefits including the plan(s) you’re enrolled in, amounts that are deducted and any dependents enrolled in the plan(s).
- Tax information including federal withholdings, any state taxes if applicable, and links to W-2 statements, W-4 withholding allowance certificate, and the 1095-C employer provided health insurance statement.
- Job Summary including current and past job titles and university work history.
- Employee Summary including status (e.g. active), full or part-time indicator, your department, employee type, hiring dates, and work location.
- The “Activities” tab includes links to submit and/or approve timesheets, along with links to other employment activities and information.
What other changes can I expect? You can expect many more improvements to come between now and November 2025 when the current version of UAOnline will no longer be supported.
- The Upgrade Status chart on the UAOnline Upgrade website has a breakdown of the different aspects of the project, and will be updated as different areas are tested and implemented.
- These initial changes to navigation, adding My Profile, the new Employee Dashboard and updating Direct Deposit management, are only the first steps in the project.
Where do I get more information? The UAOnline Upgrade Google Site contains resources to guide community members through the changes. The website will be updated as additional upgrades are made in UAOnline.
