Your new wellness program manager and coach: Victoria Carver
Hi, I am Victoria Carver, your new on-site wellness coach.
I have always had a passion for healthcare, but it wasn’t until I graduated from college
that my journey into wellness began. I starte d training for triathlons and went from couch to Ironman in a year and a half. I was
so amazed at how much my life benefitted through healthy eating and exercise that
I completely changed the course of my career. Where I always thought I would attend
medical school; I decided instead to pursue a master’s degree in Public Health through
the University of North Texas’ Health Science Center. I knew I wanted to dedicate
my life to helping others reach their health and wellness potential on a larger scale than traditional medicine could offer.
I have worked in a variety of healthcare fields including: emergency medicine, physical therapy, and mental health. I have helped coach and guide patients recovering from major surgery, beginner runners working toward their first 5k, and even experienced athletes wanting to improve their performance. I am passionate about health and wellness and am so looking forward to meeting you all and helping you reach your goals!
If you have any questions about the program or health and wellness in general, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
