UA HR has just launched the second season of the Human Resources Coordinator training program. These sessions came about as members of HR leadership worked with HRC's to develop a series of learning programs to assist in sharing knowledge and providing enhanced job training.  This season's launch is a coordinated effort between HR leadership and input from HRC responses to last year's programs. The 2021-2022 program is offered the second Wednesday of each month from 2-3pm and includes a detailed description of each course, the registration link and which HR team will instruct the session. This program combined with monthly HRC Roundtable sessions has been recognized by participants as a positive support system for the role of HRC.
