Guided Conversations: Conducting difficult discussions

Navigating new opportunities or conflict at work can be challenging. University of Alaska Human Resources is hosting a “Guided Conversations” session to help connect you to your largest work resource, your peers. The topic for March is “Courageous Conversations: Conducting the Discussions You Are Scared Of.”
This participant-led session, which will be from 2-3 p.m. March 23, is held to offer employees an avenue to share in successes and collaborate in areas of opportunity with co-workers. Is there a process or strategy that works well for you that you would like to share with other teams, or have an issue or questions that you would like to collaborate about?
These will be a conversations, not training. Please come with areas you would like to explore and an open mind. We look forward to chatting with you. If you have questions to be addressed prior to the session please submit those suggestions here.
