Personal Use of Vehicles

The Payroll Team would like to remind departments that Personal Use of Vehicle Forms were due to payroll by 11/11/24. To date, we have yet to receive any notifications from departments and we are running out of time! Please check with your department(s) and send in Employee Notification Statements as soon as possible so as to be included on 2024 W-2s. 

The FY24 Vehicle Listing as of 04/23/2024 along with the department head notification memo that includes the Employee Notification Statement form that needs to be completed can be found on the website.
