New - Short-Term Disability Coverage

Short-term disability coverage is for all benefit eligible employees who were in a work status on or after July 1. You do not have to qualify for FML in order to have this coverage, which is in place for all events that impact an employees health (serious medical condition causing disability and pregnancy/birth related needs).
