The role of Cash Management is to manage and invest the University of Alaska’s financial assets, maintain operating liquidity, and procure, establish and administer contracts with financial service providers.
It is this department’s responsibility to ensure that all financial assets are fully and prudently invested in accordance with the investment policy established by the University of Alaska Board of Regents, and to serve as liaison between financial service providers and the systemwide users of those services.
This office serves as the direct contact for University departments for all banking services, merchant card acceptance, armored car services, electronic funds transfers, stop payments and banking research.
