RE:         Public Notice, Tract 1, U-Med Professional Park Subdivision

 

The University of Alaska Land Management (UALM) opened a period for public comments regarding the Lake Otis & Providence Drive property through October 7, 2022. The comments received during that period are being posted on the UALM website.

An opportunity for public discussion of the parcel and observations on the written comments will take place via Zoom on October 17, 2022 at 4:30 pm. A link to join this discussion is posted below. 

At this time, while the University appreciates the comments favoring a lease over a sale or a sale over a lease, the University has determined that a sale of the parcel would not be in the best interests of the University.
