Step 1: Review Properties

Review available properties and select which one(s) you are ready to make an offer on. Ensure you have done all research and due diligence to ensure the property(s) meets your needs.

Step 2: Review Terms & Conditions

Review the University of Alaska, Land Management Competitive Land Sale Terms and Conditions.

 

Filling in Offer Form
Step 3: Complete Offer Form

Fill out the Offer Form (last 2 pages of the Terms & Conditions) in its entirety. If an offer form is incomplete it will be rejected.
 

Step 3: Proof of Alaska Residency

Include the minimum of two (2) documents providing proof of Alaska Residency from at least 1 year. Please refer to this checklist to assist in completing this requirement.

Step 4: Deposit Check

Obtain a Cashiers Check or Money Order equal to 5% of the offer amount. Offers that do not include an accurate deposit check will be rejected.

Mailing offer envelope.
Step 6: Mail Completed Offer Packet

Mail the completed offer packet with enough time to ensure it is received by 12:00 p.m. on January 31, 2025. Offers received after the sale closes will be rejected.
