of land located in Fort Yukon, Alaska. The University of Alaska, Fairbanks currently uses the building as
classroom and office space for educational programs. The building was constructed in 1981. The sale or
lease of this property will be at Fair Market Value established by appraisal.
Parties interested in submitting offers to purchase this must submit offers in accordance with the University
of Alaska Land Sales Cash Purchase Terms and Conditions to the University through its Land Management
office at the addresses listed below.
The disposal plan is effective until this property is sold or leased.
