Chief Finance Officer/Controller - Myron Dosch
Myron Dosch, chief financial officer for the University of Alaska, was born and raised in Fairbanks, Alaska. He joined the University of Alaska in 1995, after five years of public accounting experience. He holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from Gonzaga University and an M.B.A. with an emphasis in capital markets from the University of Alaska Fairbanks.
Dosch has held numerous management positions at the university’s system office including 10 years as Controller. He oversees financial reporting, cost accounting, risk services, treasury, debt, financial systems, procurement and the university's 529 education savings plan. His specialties include financial accounting and financing strategies. Dosch was appointed Chief Finance Officer in 2016. Dosch is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Alaska.
