The director's duties include direct data reporting to executive university management, managing the day-to-day operations of the office, performing analytic studies, organizing data reports and presenting findings to the university community. Chantelle also serves as Research Specialist at PAIR focusing on: the College of Rural and Community Development, UAF eCampus, UAF Community and Technical College, and Developmental Education. Chantelle joined PAIR in November 2015.
