A longtime employee, Conley has a significant breadth and depth of knowledge of UAF and supports a number of efforts across the university, including helping guide the strategic planning process and supporting the entrepreneurial ecosystem. She served in UAF’s College of Engineering and Mines as the chief financial officer from 2010 to 2018, in UAF's Alaska Center for Energy and Power as the deputy director of operations from 2014 to 2018, and, most recently, at UAF's Center for Innovation, Commercialization and Entrepreneurship as director.
