Title IX Training Troubleshooting

If the course module ever freezes, close your browser and start over. The module will keep track of your progress and will prompt you to resume at your last slide.

Sometimes the training course may open another window or tab in your browser. The training window is still open and can be found in your taskbar.

It’s likely that you haven’t completed viewing every training slide. Reopen the training module and navigate through the last slide. Once the module is completed, check the course in Blackboard for your certificate of completion.
