FY24 OIT Recharge Center Rates

OIT Data & Communications Services (previously Telephone Services)
Voice & Data

This service includes installation, repair and restoration of telephones, voice mail, related network/voice cabling, as well voice communication related services, such as a call center functionality and voice menus.

  • Billed annually for telephone equipment rental, dial tone, support, and network infrastructure.
  • Billed monthly for moves, additions and changes. 
Storage, Rack Space, Servers & Database Administation

These recharge centers provide two levels of storage services (with or without backups) and two levels of server/database administration for department-owned server(s) as well as backup and maintenance of department owned server(s).  For servers, rack space, database administration or extended storage a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with OIT can be organized by submitting a ticket with the NTS Service Desk. Storage, rack space, servers and database services are billed annually, typically in August. A storage capacity “pull” done at the beginning of the fiscal year is used for storage billing. 

OIT Servers & Shared Storage Recharge
  • Annual billing and ad hoc for new service during the fiscal year
  • Server/Database Administration Ad hoc billing via Service Level Agreement (SLA)
OIT Rack Space Recharge
  • Rack Space/Server hosting via Service Level Agreement (SLA) 

NOTE: All ad hoc recharge services will be billed by month-end. Annual recharge billing will  be processed during the first half of each fiscal year.

Online Bill Printing

Departments can now view/print their OIT Telephone Services phone bill online!

**Please send your UA username to Vicki Wallner (vlwallner@alaska.edu) to gain access to our online phone billing system.**

Once she enters your UA credentials in our system you can then login using your UA username and password to view/print your phone bill at the link below:
