Knowledge Management Process


The knowledge managment process is responsible for sharing perspectives, ideas, experience and information, and ensuring that these are all available and accessible at the right time and in the right place. Knowledge management enables informed decisions, and improves efficiency by reducing the need to continually rediscover knowledge. Within OIT, aspects of it, such as the AskUA database, are currently operational.
