After Hours Help Desk:
Calls to the OIT Service Desk are monitored 24/7/365. During the times the Service Desk is not staffed, the standard after hours on-call procedures will be in effect. IT issues deemed critical will result in a request to on-call technicians for after hours resolution. For most after hours calls, a service request will be created on your behalf to ensure a timely response during normal Service Desk hours of operation.
