After Hours Help Desk:

The after hours help desk provides limited support for IT operations while the Support Center is not staffed. Computer Operators who answer the phone may not be trained in all Support Center areas; however, they can create a ticket on your behalf to ensure a timely response during normal Support Center hours of operation.
